Hello
My name is Francesca Bindi
I am an Italian/English Actress and Singer based in South East UK, but always willing travel for work.
Having been Musical theatre trained since a young age, I have been active in the industry as a singer, actress and dancer in both film and theatre since I was 13 years old, where I starred in the "Grove theatre" performance of ‘Oliver twist’ Playing the role of ‘Bett’.

Since then I have starred in a number of performances for Film, Tv and Theatre, Including music Videos as well as commercials. My most commercials being for a home insurance company called "national Claims" and another commercial for a phone App that allows you to find both commercial and domestic cleaners in all areas of the UK.
​
I recently come home from an international tour of Matilda in Turkey and I have just finished filming "ARM 02" a fantastic comedy where I play the supporting lead role of Fae.
​
As well as being active as an actress and singer within the Industry, I have also tried my hand at Writing, Directing and Producing, making my directorial debut on March 16th 2023 with "Self Tape", a short film highlighting what a working actors goes through on a day of Self Tape auditions.

SELF TAPE​
"Self Tape" is a Narrative comedy short from the point of view of an Actress who has been asked to film an Audition tape.
It highlights the ups and downs and the process of what one does to prepare for the audition, within which the main character tackles all of the possible obstacles that come with doing so. It is a pretty exaggerated depiction (or maybe not depending on how self tapes go for you) on how the typical "Self Tape" day goes, but that's part of the fun!
